Yes this was a big secret. There was a hidden reason why April 29th was planned to be a day of lots of contests, events and other things. It's the day I secretly planned to leave scratch to get on with other things, such as my hugely growing GCSE coursework. So I know I promised a lot of things to different people, but I knew if I didn't try to help as many people as possible before I left and get involved with anything than it would be no different if I left anyway.

Do not worry, the competition ends on the 28th and results are on the 29th, so this will not affect you.

Advert Thread Information
Don't worry, your projects are safe on the advert thread. XenoK has taken over with Eterntiy Inc, so there's no need to worry.

To the collaborations I have joined/created:
Red Alert 4: The blue check list was the practise list. You have proved to me how greatly you can program and work together, and I hope you continue with the black list as good as you have the first list. I'm not completely leaving scratch, I'll check the forums every week or so and have a quick update, but that's it. I had no experience with AIs that complicated anyway, it was all guess work, so as long as you have brilliant guessing skills you'll do fine without me.

Scratchfy Collab: I will get the stick man finished and ready by April 29th so that you have something to start with. I might be able to finish the menu, but I'm not sure. I'll spend most of my time adding yellow notes to the stick man explaining every detail so that you'll have no trouble with him.

That's why i told Joletole to make the jobs "free", so that when I leave anyone can get involved with sound/graphics ect. Otherwise, he'd struggle finding replacements.

GB Team 2 scratch Olympics All I can say is sorry. I thought it was all goanna start earlier then I read the dates but I didn't know how to tell you without giving anything away.

Well, there's just 4 days left! I've got a lot of work to finish...

why? Scratch is a wonderful, educational, and intuitive creation! Why leave now, after all the work you've put into your advert thread, all of the work you put into, anything - Rayman 4, and all your other projects! To me, leaving now, is like throwing your advert thread in the trash, and walking away carelessly. Stay!

sorry too busy and this was a big secret i decided a while back, i will admit i didn't think of it straight away when i created april 29th day but it came in early march when work was piling up and i wanted a way to leave with more than just a "bye"

well it's got plenty at the moment, and it's not permanent. as i said to my red alert 4 collab, i'll return once a week or so on forums, but only for like 10 minutes or so for a quick update.

erm... couple months i'll be back n check up on collabs i had abandoned, but i'll have 6 week holidays permanant scratcher before i'll leave again and won't return until I have to prepare October 29th, 1 year since the advert thread started. but it's not an official plan.
