Scratch

Ok well I am not sure if I am being a total noob like usually but lets just same a project I was doing in Scratch got too big to upload right? So just so the other can see it I would convert it into some sort of flash gizmo thing    and upload it to mediafire or some place like that. Is that possible? And if so just tell me how! Thanks!
