I got banned by 1FreeHosting, actually. This also happened when I tried rebuilding the search index 1 post a time

What you do is you upload the files for FluxBB through FTP, and then create a MySQL database on the control panel.
After that, just follow the instructions on the FluxBB install page.

The way you treat people (actually it's mainly just me. Why do you hate me anyway?) is unbelievable Steve. I got banned for asking one question. Plus you're actually discriminating me. A direct quote from you: "I will not answer any of your questions, only questions from others". (Or something along those lines, I can't check since I'm banned).
(Tokens aren't a good idea by the way, people spam to get them even though you can't do anything with them).
EDIT; Oh ya, it was ever since I revealed the truth about you spamming on ADK's Forums.

Alldaykade28471. Steve basically went there and spammed like 100 links to his forums. And I'm not just assuming that, the IP of the stevetheipad there matched the IP of the stevetheipad on mine, so I have concrete proof it was him.
