Yep.
I was splitting your thread in Mod HQ just to try it, and was planning to merge them back together to try that too, and the splitting worked fine, but once I clicked "Merge" it came up with a message saying "Error: unable to delete poll", even though neither of the threads had a poll, and then I refreshed the page, and then after that it started coming up with "Error: post and topic tables are out of sync!.", and ever since... Well, I don't need to explain. What the-
I don't have a merge thing, is that an admin tool? No, just click "Moderate this forum", select the threads you want to merge, click "Merge", and voilà.
Oh, I was thinking 'Moderate this topic'.
That's what I should do with shiguy's thing then.

I decided your problem (PMing not in bar) was becoming offtopic so I split it. Because I'm such a noob at this, currently it's two separate topics.

We're currently using this, which is working fine, but if it doesn't work we may use your suggestion.
And they're down again.
It appears that one used stopforumspam.com. For forums I program, I program it myself. FluxBB isn't that hard to mess with.
Actually, that mod is how I know about that service (I was looking through the list of mods to see if there were any good ones for Mod Share).

I just removed the error catcher because i didn't feel like doing queries to check if it's there... and because i don't know the SQL for that.

This is why stevetheipad and I started from scratch when creating ours. We didn't want all the headaches involved in using the PunBB code.
I don't think it's anything to do with that.

I don't think it's anything to do with the fact we transferred from PunBB-Hosting.

You should, on Scratch, do a thing to help others in need of PunBB help. Example: Explain how you bold letters in the Annoucement Message, and explain how to use the code. I'm sure a lot of others would like to know how to do that, also. If you want, I could advertise the Topic on my forums.

Ehh, pretty much everyone can do bold text in the announcement -- HTML is just BBCode worded differently. And can you explain what you mean by "use the code" please? What code? Use it in what way?
Thanks for the suggestions, though.

I can't really explain very well, but 'the code' meaning as the thing you were talking about worded differently. And also, I was not meaning JUST Bold, I was meaning Bold, URL Links, Underline, etc.

Okay, well bold, italics, and underline are the same as BBCode but you replace the squared brackets with "<" and ">". Links are <a href="URL">text</a>, line breaks are <br>, paragraphs are <p> and </p>, and that's pretty much it.
