I'm thinking about this - I originally supported Option 1 (my idea), but it makes sense to have a set date, and there will be sufficient members (and more) by then, so I'll vote Option 2

Sooooo, are you gonna tell all the admins what the first challenge is?

This is yet to be decided, but admins will have a huge say in the process - we'll all put forward different proposals, and we'll elect the best one
