one question:
Have the people, who want to join the german team to speak german?
Because i think some not-german-speakers want join the team only, because they see my name in it
And i hate it, when they use translators, because i understand much more, when they speak english and not bad-translated german.

I'll update both of you, then - robot_productions1, you're still an admin but you now can't judge
OK then? Now what do i do as an admin??? If i don't have any thing else to do as an admin then i'd rather switch back to the judge.
No, you can help organise and advertise the Olympics, like you've done up until now, and you can give advice and form and run teams - you can do everything except judge, so you don't lose out on much
Ok, i want to judge more, i'll take back the judging and not do the accuall team...so remove me from GB

If you need any judges, count me in. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things, even if some are not posted/not done in scratch.
I think we have enough for now - if we ever need another judge, I'll tell you

*NOT YET STARTED - DATE OF FIRST CHALLENGE: TO BE DECIDED*
I am hosting the Scratch Olympics 2012, which shall celebrate the London 2012 Olympics currently being organised.
I will host challenges that test the abilities of [Programming, Graphics, and Project Design] over a period of time.
I will give out challenges each week that test each ability. There will be at least four teams with at least four members each. The best project wins and are scored by these five categoriesGraphics: -/100
Programming:-/100
Creativeness: -/100
Sounds:-/100
Overall:-/100If you win a challenge overall, you will gain a 'platinum' medal worth 10 'ranks' (there are no 'ranks' for coming second overall!). You may not win the challenge overall, but you can gain medals in different categories, for example:
Leader BoardGraphics:93 (highest score - gold)
Programming:73 (bronze)
Sounds:32 (no medal gained)
Creativeness:84 (silver)
Overall:73 (second - no medal gained)
Ranks gained: 3 + 1 + 2 = 6Gold is worth 3 ranks, silver 2, and bronze 1. Notice that you can't achieve a platinum in any of the subcategories - winning overall in a challenge is the most important factor, although winning in subcategories can also boost your rank. There will be a gallery into which you will submit your entries for each challenge. The results for each challenge will be given in 'awards ceremony' style projects, the link to which will be posted after each challenge is complete. The team with the highest rank at the end of the Scratch Olympics is declared champion for 2012!
Here are the challenges
ChallengesThe challenges shall remain a secret until the date the Scratch Olympics officially begins
You may not win the challenges overall but you can win in so many other criterias. So you have more than one chance to win! You can join the following teams, and rename them according to a country:

After searching that up on Google, I presume you mean you want to create Team Canada and to join it. Correct?
