scratch 1.3 project WILL NOT WORK ONLINE

My project records the user's input to record the movements of a car. This works perfectly when downloaded, however it will not work online. Someone please help me out.

Wanted to help you but the blasted Scratch team keeps fixing people's problems before me. You guys need to drive out of town, then traffic will keep you away for approximately one week whilst I play the Scratch SUPERMAN
