i want to make a video game and i might use scratch. i may use it if i would be able to sell the product as a video game. thats okay if i cant i will then be using genesis 3D if i cant use the game i make on this for actuall money

I thought you could sell it, even if it was on the site... it just that, if it is on the site, well, anyone can view it for free xD
