Chapter One: Intro

I am willing to create a Scratch Ball League. It is a basketball league that you'll create a Team, Arena Name, Manager Name, and then I will do all the other work, And that is to do all the Stats. Your  Game info (Pts./Player, Pts for each team,[random scores depending on rank] drafts, ranking, player stats/info and whatnot.

Chapter Two: Ranking and Scores

Game Scores are based on your ranking and player skills/stats. The better the team the better the scores and the more wins. If you are number 1 v.s Number 8 you have a higher chance in winning but sometimes there is an upset and Number One loses.

Chapter Three: Games

Your games depend on the schedule and are based on your players scores and when "they" play so it is up to them.

Chapter Four:Positioning

At the beginning of every season, Your ranking is based by your previous ranking. But Season One is put in the order that you sign up so Mr.Monk999 will be Number One in his League since he/she was first.  Number 7-8 will be 1and 2 and and rank 1-2 will be rank 3-4 next season.

Chapter Five: Seasons

• 13-game season
• Season starts April 28th and ends May 23rd
• There will be conference, and inter-conference games
• There will be eight conference games (each team will play each team in their conference twice)
• There will be five inter-conference games (each team will play each team in the other conference once)
