Squeak Cannot Find Source Code? :/

I looked for a file in my Scratch folder called "squeakV2.sources" and I don't have it.
And scratch keeps saying it can't locate the file. I really need help, is there such download for that one file?

I re-downloaded it, and it didn't help.  hmm

EDIT: Also, it said "Quit?!" on the top instead of "Scratch 1.4"
