Does this REALLY help? I mean people could just make an account on these sites (except me because I'm not allowed) then upload pictures that got it banned in the first place?
Also, what about the people (like me) who aren't allowed to create accounts on random websites.

Yes, because the sites they chose have policies that mean you can not upload inappropriate images there.

We’ve reactivated image embedding on the Scratch Forums, and made some changes to the way new images are posted. To embed an image in your post on the Scratch forums, you need to upload your image to one of these image hosts:
tinypic.com
imgur.com
imageshack.us
photobucket.com
Once you’ve uploaded your image, get the url from the image hosting service, and paste it into your post. Then type the bbcode [img] tag at the beginning, and a [/img] tag at the end of the image’s link. Here’s an example:
[img]http://i43.tinypic.com/359h9wn.gif[/img]
Questions? Feel free to ask on this thread.
Scratch On!
p.s. You can also embed images that are hosted on these Servers:
modshare
scratchr.org
any .edu domain
wikipedia.org
wikimedia.org
Edit: added more hosts to whitelist.
Can you add yolasite.com? There you can host your own images.

Can you make an exception for http://geonotron.net84.net/plusone/count.php ?
I really need you to for people not to need to install a plugin to use the +1 button on the forums, therefore making their view of the forums different than that of the moderators.
EDIT: also, you pretty much already let in outside images.

You're allowing imgur? Bad idea. Redditors use imgur, if that's any warning.
