When two posts are posted at the same time, which is first?

Occasionally you'll get two posts listed as have been posted at the same second. How does the forum decide which goes first in the topic view?

Whichever one it received first, probably. Just because the time on here doesn't go so exact doesn't mean that it doesn't have a more exact timer.

So, it probably goes by the milliseconds, but only shows the seconds. That makes sense.

Be gone, 60 second rule!

I was just checking the code, and it doesn't use any milliseconds. Probably just whatever it receives first.
