Well, you should check where you used to save your projects to. If you saved them into them the Scratch Folder, they might have been installed over. Basically they could all be gone. You can just redownload all the things you've posted. But, otherwise, you should tell Scratch and see if they can do anything about it.

*hyperventalates* ITS...TRUE....I KNEW THAT WOULD HAPPEN!ONLY THE ONES I DOWNLOADED FROM OTHER PEOPLE'S IS STILL HERE,IT'S IN A FOLDER I MADE CALLED 'SCRATCH PROG'!!!AND ONLY A FEW OF MY PROJECTS ARE STILL THERE,BY MISTAKE!AND THERE WERE...*cries* UNFINISHED PROJECTS ON THERE!!!

There's a very good chance your projects are still out there...I haven't heard of anybody actually losing their projects because of a 1.3 install.  They may just be somewhere you aren't looking.  Have you tried doing a search of your entire disk drive for files with an .sb extension?  Those are Scratch files.
