That was a REALLY hard choice...I think they all would do a good job. For me, the first/second was a toss-up between scimonster and sparks, because I know them both well from the Block Library and they both would be excellent moderators. In the end, though, I put scimonster first, because being in another time zone could be really useful to protect international users from troll attacks.
