Well my guess is that meta knight is a no, but diddy kong is actually in the middle of the tier list.  He's not overpowered, nor underpowered.

Mine was outdated then.
Anyway, he's up there solely for his bananas.
10% of the playerbase knows how they can be used effectively.
He's underpowered in common hands.

          - Wifi so you can play with other Scratchers
          - Time and dedication (You only have to play once a week)
          - Fill out the entry form below
          - Read the rules.
- Before the playoffs, while playing games, you must follow these rules:
          - DO NOT CHEAT! If you catch anyone cheating and/or hacking, report them to     
            me and they might get disqualified.
          - DO NOT set your taunts to rude/mean/inappropriate things. If you do, you 
            may lose wins and/or get disqualified.
          - You may choose your own maps now, but you may not during the playoffs.
          - Items are allowed if you would like. It's your choice whether or not you want 
            them.         
- During the playoffs, you must follow these rules:
          - DO NOT CHEAT! If you catch anyone cheating and/or hacking, report them to     
            me and they might get disqualified.
          - DO NOT set your taunts to rude/mean/inappropriate things. If you do, you 
            may lose wins and/or get disqualified.
          - You must play in FINAL DESTINATION!
          - Items are NOT allowed. Since you have made it this far, you should show your 
            true talents.
- You must play YOUR ASSIGNED player EVERY WEEK. If you miss a week, both players will take a loss, unless someone tells me in advance and/or tells me that the other person isn't responding.
- Even though I will be making a list of everyone's username's and friend codes, you must be in charge of adding them and finding a good time to play.

I'm in for sure! (if i'm not late by now) Though i have to warn you guys that my internet is kinda being slow, and it sometimes disconnects. i don't mind playing in the Final Destination stage, it's one of my favorites.

Ganondorf is so terrible that he's on his own, absolute lowest tier.
