If you just want to peek around, you need to Shift-click the "R" in the top-left of the screen where it says "Scratch", then select "Turn off fill screen". Click on the white area in the bottom right to get a brand new World menu! wink

Look in the top left corner when you open the program, where it is written Scratch. Press Shift and.the mouse button at the same time. A menu will appear. Select "Turn fill screen off".
