I notice some people have animated avatar picture things

How do you get these?

You have to make them online. They are basically a group of pictures moving quickly. I'll look into it. I think you have to download it and then upload it to Scratch.

Uh no, you don't have to make them online. There's lots of programs that do it, and online ones always leave a watermark too.
