I'm bad at art. And When I tried to improve the nose, it looked worse.

Well, since you really want to know...

The nose isn't the only problem. For one thing, you left her legs as is (I'm assuming you want to make her human like in the comic). Humans do not have legs like that. In fact, you would probably be better off just drawing it because a pony's proportions are, unsurprisingly, completely different from a person. For instance, the shoulder is completely off and AJ appears to have achondroplastic dwarfism because a person would be much taller and have much longer limbs. Also, you left the ear like it is so apparently AJ is also an elf. Another thing is that no one's hands look like that (excluding horrific accidents/mutations). Her skull shape is completely wrong (because you started off with a pony), and therefore her neck is also in the wrong place.

Another thing: because of the way ponies are built (both in the cartoon and real life), they would have to either lean on something or stand with their legs spread vertically (like when rearing up) to be able to stand upright, and even then only for a few seconds at most. This is because of the way their body is structured and so the fact that you left her body pretty much the same means that AJ would fall over into a normal.

And finally, her nose. The fact that her nose looks wrong isn't because of the way it's shaped. It's because of the way the entire front of the head is shaped. In the cartoon, the shape of the ponies' heads are closer to cats than real ponies but even then it's really different), so here's a comparison of the two skulls: here and here. The front of a person's head is pretty much flat except for the nose, while a pony's skull would be round at the top and have a muzzle, like an exaggerated cat. Also, a pony's face has eyes kind of to the side but a human's has eyes on the front, so from the side a person's eyes look different.

Also, a final nitpick: her ponytail appears to be coming out of a square edge on her neck. I think this is the pony editor, though.

tl;dr: the proportions are off and the head is shaped wrong.

Next, I know the perportions are wrong, but Paint.net is a horror to even do the applejack photo. Moving the ears messed up the eyes, and It took too long to fix. Trying to adjust the width of the legs causes the rest of the body (And the clothes) to follow suit, so it would cause inconsistencies there

Next, Hands. I CAN'T DRAW THEM EVEN ON PAPER. This is my one weakness in art.

You're not a bad artist. Basically my only point in the whole critique was, don't draw a human with the  pony editor, not that you're a bad artist. I'm sorry if I made you feel bad.
