I ain't a fool is my userscript. The main feature is to remove the big pony in the forums, but it also changes a few other words, such as Neigh to Scratch. The antidote instructions will be sufficient for this user-script. The source can be found here.

You need a plugin called Greasemonkey, at least in Firefox. IDK about other browsers though.
