Scratch

Whenever I open scratch, this shows : http://i788.photobucket.com/albums/yy166/cookiegirl200/ponysunsetcherry.png
A while ago (sometime last year) I was working on this and my netbook shut down when this was saving. I use scratch 1.4. No idea how to fix this. I've tried saving it. Where the name of the file would be it says this : Quit? (C:\Program File\Scratch\Scratch.image)
Is there anyway to fix this? Should I re install scratch? Would reinstalling scratch delete my projects saved?
