Satire: the use of irony, sarcasm, ridicule, or the like, in exposing, denouncing, or deriding vice, folly, etc.

I think that fits enough.

It's generally to mock or expose flaw in an ideology or something though.
Being sarcastic or ironic does not make something satirical.

I know.   It was the best word I could think of.  Can we stop talking about English now and get back to Kid Icarus Uprising-related stuff?
