The problem with the top-remixed section.

I have noticed several users are now remixing their own projects several times to get into the top remixed section, I do not think this should be allowed.

Well, sometimes they do that. But sometimes they try uploading their project multiple times with a different name than they saved it as but forget to change the name the second time. It counts as a remix even after they delete it.
