when [scratch icon on desktop] clicked
[NOTHING v] happens

Do you get any error messages? Does the desktop shortcut point to the right location? Do you have the scratch.image and scratch.changes files?

What were you doing when Scratch crashed?

Could you explain what exactly happened? Were there any errors that you got? What were you doing when it crashed?
