Just for fun I'm going to give scores for the various tributes on how well they'll probably do. I only know a few of them well, so I'll only do a few.

Personally I think I have a little more of a chance than 7 
I'm thinking more along the lines of 8-11 
idk though.
This event is really going to show how people PVP and if people can think fast, ie, when you open a chest :')
It'll also show that standing still and hacking at people doesn't get you anywhere...
unless you have a diamond sword.

That's true, maybe a 9.

And there won't be any diamond swords, don't worry. ;)



Also, here's a bit of advice for the games:
If you want first place, go for the cornucopia. If you just want a high chance of getting like 2nd or 3rd then don't. If you just hide out the games without weapons you won't come first. You might get 2nd, but then how do you win? How do you kill the other survivor? You don't. The other survivor will have killed tons and have great armour, lots of food etc. But the problem with going for the cornucopia is the risk. Only one of you gets out. The cornucopia will probably cause a few deaths, and that could be you. Only go for the best equipment (at the centre of the cornucopia) if you think you can fight it out for it against 11 other tributes. Your best chance, if you're alone, would be to go into the cornucopia but not far in. Just for the fairly good stuff. This will also mean you'll be less of a target. If you go right in people will want to kill you to get your stuff.

And also, you could practise on other servers if you want.

because the gamemakers obviously forgot that
I would actually bet on schnikes (backspace_) winning if i wasn't a contestant
now i have to be an optimist XD

EDIT: oh, and it should be that if you step off your stand too early you set off some tnt
we should have a practice session where the gamemakers score all of us

They do work... You just can't get high level enchants. I don't think any of the tributes will get a high enough level to use the high level enchants. Also, if there are bookcases around, they'll ONLY be able to use level 20+ enchants.

Edit: Can you guys still connect? I get logging in then a read timeout. is this the maintenance discussed earlier?
