I'm really sorry if this isn't an actual bug, but...
Sometimes, when I'm just browsing projects or when I click on a page, the site logs me out. Multiple times in the past hour have I had to log myself in again. I know that this isn't because of me not moving the cursor in a while - in fact, it's almost always in motion - so what else can it be? Am I mistaken about it being a bug?

Which browser are you using?
Try clearing your cache.

This happened to me earlier today. I think you should x out of the Internet and open it up again, also having tabs so there's multiple tabs on scratch at once may mess it up.

Me too, but evreything's just perfect. Cokiees enabled, cache cleard on;y this tab open. When I got to sombody's page it logs me out.

As I said before, disable your cookies one by one.
Trust me, it workes 99.9999% of the time.
