Great Solution to Stop Spamming on the Forums!
You know how in the project comments if you post two similar messages in a short time, it wouldn't allow you to post? I think we should apply that to the forums. That way spamming couldn't occur that much. Also, with this added, I think we should reduce the post time restriction rule to something like 30 or 15 seconds. What do you think?

Too possible that it picks up on oft repeated words.

People repeat messages a lot on the forums though, like +1 or support.

I think you suggest the right things to stop spamming. But if anyone change their little bit description then how to know its a same comment or not?

I don't really think so. That kind of spamming doesn't really happen here anyways.
