music problem when viewing a project online in flash player

for some reason when their are effects like colour change or whirl effect etc.. being rendered in the stage area.. the soundtrack that goes with the project always stutters and also the rate of effect change is slowed.
offline the projects work as they should.. but its a problem that seems to mar quite a lot of the projects i have uploaded to scratch website.

My sound volume never works online. Sometimes online jut doesn't work as well.

It's just the player lagging.
As far as I know, the Scratch Team has tried fixing it before.
(Which obviously didn't work too well.)
