You will not have to post them all in a thread, as long as you have the names of Fakemon conceived in the thread but not yet designed (like the Novpundia set) or descriptions of Fakemon both not designed and named. If there are any Fakemon that do not fit any of those three guidlines, then they do not exist  tongue

So, I'll just squidge everything into the project, even the ones without sprites or designs?

That means I have to look through each page for every fakemon someone came up with  sad
I honestly think we should just use the African-ish ones, or at least ones that could become fitting. Meaning, I will only add undesigned or unsprited fakemon to the clump if they fit the theme.
If they don't fit into our African region,  why add them? We don't want people spriting them for nothing.

That's why the clumping needs to be done. Otherwise, we have a bunch of stuff just distributed across 55 pages.

Sorry, but tedious, long jobs are tedious, long jobs. I would do it but like I said, I have no knowledge of doing it. I never expected to be thrown into leadership in the first place, let alone ending up being co-leader. XD

Okay, but I will be a while.

Not to complain or anything, but 'no knowledge of doing it'? Really?
How hard is it to write down the name of each fakemon? You don't need a master's degree in clumping!

Re: Pokemon- Land Version and Pokemon- Sea Version Collab

Guys.
I am very sorry, but I can no longer do this collaboration.
I'll upload my sprite project (the one with all the existing sprites and my opinions) on my test account, Anti-Wiimaster.
You can use any of the fakemon I created for this collab. I still want credit and I feel I should be listed as a spriter even though I am leaving.
I may pop around every now and then to do little things, but otherwise I am striving for my own goals.

Sorry about the clumping... I hope your search for a clumper ends well.

Here is what I had so far (I stopped at about page 15):
Serpencia
1-UP's black and red ankylosaur
1-UP's lightning chinese dragon
1-UP's goldcrest bird
Gameguy64's fire lion, water hippo, psychic flamingo, steel elephant and electric giraffe
1-UP's jackal
Maxdoss's Crystalic and Perirex

It was a pleasure working with you guys, and best of luck on your game.

No...?
And 'quitting' sounds negative. Its not like I stormed out angrily  tongue
I just have other things to put my effort on. More important things, I suppose.
Its more like I've 'Moved On'

Oh yeah. We need a title screen.

Speaking of that, where are the spriters and designers?! The last one left is Game...

Game, clumping is off the thing now, we are NOT getting that done anytime soon. Get the title screen done as well as you can. Oh wait, there are no guidelines...  hmm  bakumaster, can you come up with anything? I'm quite busy, got school to go to soon.

Why do I feel as if I'm talking to myself somehow?

Re: Pokemon- Land Version and Pokemon- Sea Version Collab

by the way, some ideas for Pokemon:

Circumneo(Latin for spin)
The Spinning Pokemon
some say that this Pokemon's life depends on it's spinning; if it stops, it'll die.

Circumverso(Latin for spin violently)
The Top Pokemon
This pokemon seems not to stop spinning for anything, even to eat.

Cicumvolvo(cicum is spin, volvo is wheel)
The Rolling pokemon

Circumtorqueo
The wheel Pokemon

evomu
the evolving Pokemon(rare)
evolves into aermu, resmu, or agesmu depending on version

aermu
the sky Pokemon
only in sky version

resmu
the water Pokemon
only in sea version

agermu
the earth Pokemon
only in land version.

that's all.
also, help w/naming please/ I just used Google translate for English to Latin
(not exact words)

Hmm, lets see here...
1. You could size down the Spinning Evolution Family to:
Circumneo-Cirneo
Circumverso-Cirverso
Circumvolvo-Civolvo
2. Circumtorqueo could be:
1A. Curtorque
2A. Torqueum
3. Completely change it to-Rotalo (means Wheel and Roll in Latin combined)

And um, I'm Ok With the Evolving Evolution Family XD.

OK, like I said earlier, we can't have any Pokemon conepts until the clumpign is completed. Eh, it's not getting done any time soon XD

And to Game, that's a great concept. I like how the style somehow connects with the rugged terrain of land  big_smile

*sigh*
Well, for one, school started on Tuesday. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal, except for the fact that I already started getting homework. On the first day. So, what used to be four or five hours that I had each day to get on the computer has dwindled down to about three. And if you subtract the time for getting homework done...
I have roughly fourty-five minutes every day to mess around. About ten minutes of that is for email, and the rest is for filling banner orders from my signature shop. And seeing as I'm going to a really big horse event in mid-October, all of my weekends will be devoted to a) homework, and b) practicing.
I might not have a chance to work on it until November...
Yeah, life's pretty hectic. :c

Re: Pokemon- Land Version and Pokemon- Sea Version Collab

Just wondering, how far have you gotten with the actual game?

I've attempted to make a pokemon game before, and I got stuck on the part where I had to add the actual pokemon. It would just take too much code to program for all of the different pokemon I was going to add in Scratch.

So, if it isn't a secret, may I please know how you have/are going to add the pokemon? I've never figured out how to do it.
