Staff Input For Note Blocks

The current note blocks use a piano method to input what note you want, even though they tell you what note it is, it is still a bit of a problem. Not everyone plays piano or can easily recognize them, which leads to long times finding the right note and so on. But, even piano players have to read the Musical Staff, it is universal for all musicians, therefore it is ideal to be the way we should input our notes.

Well, I think it's fine because after a while most people realize that the farther to the right is higher pitched. But that's just my opinion. I can see your reason.

No, it's not fine.
Note specific songs are hard to compose by those unfamiliar with a piano.
While they could be familiar with the notes, it is just universally easier to use a staff.

So should I be trying everyone note just to get a Bb because I can't play piano?

Also, the staff would be better because it could cover more than 12-13 notes like the piano does right now.
