Squeak is Scratch's programming language. That message means that squeak is about to close causing Scratch to close because scratch is about to run out of memory. So you should compress your images !and sounds by going to Edit and then clicking on Compress Images, and then press any number from 10-100. Do the same thing for compressing sounds but click on Compress Sounds instead. Hope this helps!

Were you doing anything with sizing? That might cause it...I think selecting the Abort option should fix it, though I'm not quite sure...
