This is now a dual server system!

Rules

No Swearing
No Griefing
No Stealing
Be Respectful
PvP only when attacked or when agreed to.  (Excludes anarchy server).
Kicks or bans can occur from not following these rules.

People who pirated Minecraft. If the server is set to offline mode, it doesn't check against the database on minecraft.net and modified versions of the client can let you get on without a paid account.
