I just recently stopped using Firefox and started using Chrome, hence the title. It's going to take a while to get used to the layout, though.

There are no different types of Internet. The Internet is the Internet.
There are several types of internet browsers, though. Is that what you mean?

Good job. WebKit is the way to go.

I like the internet-y one. Mainly because it's the only one.

I did that for a little while, because my FF dev tools randomly broke (well, maybe not randomly, I was playing around in about:config...) but now I'm back in Firefox, but using a new profile. Too bad I had to lose all my saved data (history, bookmarks, passwords, addons...)

I use Safari out of habit, but prefer FireFox. Haven't tried any others.

i prefer chrome because it has the smallest taskbar thing. whatever it's officially called, i should probably know.

Uh, you know you can simply edit that and make it whatever size you like, right?

Firefox also has a reduced one...

Deffs.
It's the fastest and the most secure.
You might want to try Chromium though

I don't even save any data in the first place except for extensions.

Neither do I.
I never save passwords.
I often clear my cache.
I have a few bookmarks I never use.
I rarely use addons.
I often delete my history.

Personally, I can't imagine using anything but Firefox. even when I use safari at my friend's house its weird. I would probably feel the same way.

I use IE.
Haters gonna hate.
And just to let you know, I have windows as well. My computer dosent have 5000000 viruses.
However I do have Chrome and Firefox. K12 is only compatible with Firefox, and I have chrome to use Antidote for the block library.

The only reason I don't like IE is Trident.

It's the rendering engine, which doesn't comply with new web standards.
Microsoft basically said web standards don't comply with their current goals for IE, which makes no sense.

I use firefox as it loads up anything nearly instantly and it never crashes (only crashes are related to my computer), chrome is meant to be faster but less stable and I'm perfectly happy with my browser's speed so I'd just be giving up stability.

+1 to Chrome!!
