Comment Editing (WITH NOTIFICATION)

I saw 3 suggestions about that declined. So, I decided to improved.

Example:
Person A makes a project. Person B comments on it. Then Person C replies to it. B decides to edit it, due to a typo or something. He will need to wait 90 seconds before that. He also needs to be a Scratcher, not a New one. After editing, A gets this message:

“Person B‘s comment in your project [Project Name] was edited.“

And C gets this one:
“Person B‘s reply to your comment in the project [Project Name] was edited.“

Also, in order to prevent mean changes, the edited comment appears with a edition message:

Person B:
I love this!
Edited by Person B (Day, Hour)

And, maybe, the original comment should appear in the bottom for, like, 3 days....

Good idea???

Either way, they could still say something rude and edit it out.

I don't support. Say someone. Comments, "this game rocks!" the other person replies "I know". Ten the first person goes back an edits his comment to say "your stupid". Then it'd look like the second guys saying he knows  he's stupid

Did you read the whole thing? The other person will receive a notification, and the original comment will appear under the edited one for 3 days.
