Translating Scratch videos (on Youtube) with Dotsub

It would be nice to add subtitles in different languages to the Scratch videos (on Youtube) using DotSub ( http://www.dotsub.com), an online tool that permit to add subtitles in an easy way and to share the videos.

I translated in Italian a video on Creative Commons, you can find it here:

Is there anyone that can upload Scratch videos ( Scratch Media Lab video and Scratch Image effects) on Dotsub and provide English transcriptions?

DotSub looks nice but that would only work for projects that are not interactive. I would be happy to see people using it for Scratch though.
