LIFE, as you may know, is a life simulator we are working on. However, the project is cancelled to make way for a real game!
We need 3D modellers, C and C++ developers, and possibly a bit of Actionscript/Flash contributors.
The website is being done by me, but if you have suggestions, please ask me.

OpenGL?
Yup
Will you port it to Linux? Or will it be windows-only. If so can I help port it.
Offline
I'll write an iPhone port. (yes, I can do OpenGL ES)
Offline
I never thought of a mobile port.
The linux port, yes.
I wonder if it can be ported to mac.
Offline
I'll do the Mac port as well, then. Should I try a mobile? I mean, Scratch is about learning, and I can really learn a lesson or two about optimization

Yep. Ok then..
Remember, I am developing the website, not the actual game for now.

I know, I'm talking about the game.

Oh, I wont have any hand drawn pictures until after March 10 (I dont think).
I am hoping to get a scanner for my birthday

Photoshop? Gimp? Paint.NET? Really.
Offline
Really what?
Oh, Paint.NET with my tablet.
What do you think I should do a design of?

A human
Maybe after we finish the game, we could release expansion-pack easter eggs. Like aliens with emotions

Are we making these people customizable?
I cant draw -_-
I need to do this on paper. So I will have to scan it in....

Yeah. Make heads, bodies, arms, etc. and then we can texture them depending on the skin-color. (tint the images)

I will also start working on the launcher in Visual C++ 2010.
Have you got a copy of it?
Offline
I do, but I can also develop on my Mac. I'll write Windows ports for my code as they're necessary. (and Mac ports for your code)

I believe a powerful team of PCs and Macs get the job done perfectly. One platform or the other prevents good testing and compatibility.

Who supports doing it with lwjgl in java? Makes porting easier.
If not I'm still in for porting to linux. Sign me up please
EDIT probably not a good idea actualy. Good old c++ it is

Oh...I don't want to learn Java. C++ is bad enough (I have a hatred of OOP

Ok guys, download the first build of the launcher here.
The "Launcher under construction" is not actually part of the program. It is a webpage on the website server.
I can change the webpage to change the content part of the launcher. However, to update the launcher itself, we need patches.
