How to change colours in palette?

I want to change the colour black in the square palette of colours.

In my currently private mod, the black shade being used in Scratch turns blue using one of my new features, which are supposed to make it lighter.

Re: How to change colours in palette?

There's a small box beside the pallete of colors. Click on that and more colors will come up. BTW, I think this belongs in the wrong forum...

No, it isn't, it's talking about a mod...

You are right, but it bothers me only because of the black.

Re: How to change colours in palette?

I know how to chage the colors of the blocks in a pallete. Just go to the System Browser (Shift click on "R" and in the gray, then on open, then on browser) and go to Scratch-Objects>ScriptableScratchMorph(class)>scratch>blockColorFor: aCategory

I was talking about the paint editor, not the blocks.

Re: How to change colours in palette?

To be perfectly clear:

When you open the paint editor, there is a palette of colors below the tools, to the left of the canvas. Here, the bottom-left square contains the color black. But when Scratch lightens it, it turns blue, because that black is actually not #000000, it's #000001 (yes, it is, I tested it; I have my ways), which is slightly blue-ish. You want to make it #000000 so it lightens to gray. Am I right?
