I have a suggestion for scratch. It is to make the anti-spam thing better. It is kinda annoying. Maybe make it so you can't type comments that are recent just on the same project, not on all scratch projects. I probably havent typed 'ok' in a day or so because of the anti-spam thing.

People would still be able to spam by "Please look at my project bla bla bla!" Copying and pasting on every project possible
It may not be as effective but it still will happen.
