I can't upload.
Yeah, its not working. It'll go through the whole process and then gets to the data sent part. Then it says 'error'.

No, but you need several bars to be able to upload a project, but only a few to be able browse the Internet. So maybe he has enough connection to post, but not enough to upload

If it really just says error, nothing else, then my guess is connection difficulties.

Ooh, this is a common problem, but I can't remember the solution. Maybe your antivirus/firewall is blocking it?
