Bingo Compiler comnpatability

i was just wondering if anyone knew if the compiler for bingo 1.2.0 works for 1.3.0 ?

Yes, it does for most blocks.

It's on the download page, Bingo2exe.
It doesn't work on my computer, though.  sad
