Yep, this is completely correct. I'd also recommend deleting some sounds, since they're usually what takes up the space.

Locate your project, right click it and press properties. If the file size is above 10 mb (?) then it's too big.

You start with some is sounds that are probably useless, if you haven't already maybe delete those?
