1. Right click a block that is included with Panther (Not one you added using the block editor) and click "edit block".

2. In the System Browser that appears, Go to Scratch-UI-Panes --> ScratchFrameMorph --> intialization --> createMenuPanel and add
(#Dev #devMenu:) between (#Mesh #meshMenu:) and (#Help #helpMenu:)

3. Click the button above the scroll bar and go to "accept (s)".

4. Go into Presentation mode then get out of Presentation mode and you will now see a "Dev" menu. Click it, then go to "open browser". Don't worry about the other browser window if it re-appears. Just work in the new browser window.

I used the first block in the block library which the image url is here.
5. Go to Scratch-Objects --> ScratchSpriteMorph --> motion ops and type the following code in the big box as shown in the picture:
move: sprite forward: distance sprite forward: distance

6. Click the button above the scroll bar and go to "accept (s)".

7. Go to Scratch-Objects --> ScratchSpriteMorph --> block specs --> blockSpecs and type
('make $Sprite$ move $Number$ steps' #- #move:forward:)after 'motion'.

8. Click the button above the scroll bar and go to "accept (s)".

9. Close the browser window, then go to the "Dev" menu and click "save image for end-user".

10. Click "Yes" and open Panther again.

Oh and I just tested it. Works fine for me. Make sure you make another sprite and select it from the drop-down menu on the block. If you leave it blank or select mouse cursor, it will not work and will turn red.
