You might want to read the announcement at the top: it says that the TBG forums have been blocked temporarily. 
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

Ok! Why have they been blocked? I just completely spazzed out when I saw that at first. The tbgs are one of my favorite parts of Scratch!

There's some pretty big problem going on with the TBG forums right now, so the forums are blocked until the problem has been resolved.
