Gates in Log Flumes
How do you make it so that the log flume will not through the gate if the other log is still in it?

A lot flume a a water transport (usually at old-fashioned sawmills) for logs cut by workers. I have a feeling this user wants to create a door to either stop or start the flow of the water, to either start or stop the log.
