Perhaps "Bart Gets an F"?

I quite like "Krusty Towers", but my absolute favorite episodes all come from Season 2. I believe that was the heyday of Spongebob.

I dunno, it's hard to choose. There were many excellent ones. I really like "Squidville", "Artist Unknown", "Chocolate with Nuts", "Rock Bottom", and "Squid On Strike".
