The only problem is, people that can bring us good quality recordings while being a good vocalist, are pretty hard to find here. Vocals like the ones you recorded for Reload actually sound pretty good, IMO the only song whose vocals were really bad in quality were My Voice to You. WIBY's were a little quiet but still good, and Reload's are pretty good.

I think we're judging by only the first song of the album here, the rest of the songs don't sound bad at all, after some processing while mixing. I say you should stay unless we find a very superior vocalist. 

Dawww okay... I'll stay. All I could see was negetive feedback, but I looked into it a bit more and found that people loved Reload and stuff, so YAY! CONFIDENCE BOOST!

Ok.

If we need someone new, we will hold auditions and open up another thread. We can't have people asking for spots all the time (whether it be on our projects or here). It gets rather annoying after a while.

While I think that having two guitarists is not a bad idea, techno and I are proficient guitarists and very much capable of lead, bass and rhythm ourselves. If ever needed, any of us could step in to take over one of the before mentioned. You'd also like to note that hpotter134 can handle rhythm and lead very well.

Basically we really don't need any new members at the moment. Thanks for your concern.

As in, replacing that F# with the D it originally had? The F# doesn't sound too bad at all imo, but I'll record again ending on a D soon. Maybe Friday night or Saturday.

Actually techno, the more I listen to your song, I quite get a liking for the ending. The bass ending is quite good and I love the harmonies. If one of hpotter, you or I sing it, one or the other should do the harmonies. It'll sound amazing then. So basically, I think it is fine as it is.

Be sure to add lyrics to the last bit.

So that means I don't have to record that last note? ;P Good, taking out my recording equipment is quite an annoyance, and not worth to record a single, sustained note.

To my song? Lol I haven't touched the score in ages, can't get the bridge to sound decent in Noteflight, though it sounds quite good in my mind.

Good to see you've done the bass recording to your song as well. Do you want the others to start on your song as well? We can release these very soon in that case.

Our two singles? And then include these two plus some others in another album, perhaps? That sounds good to me.

Do you think we could go for a more or less full album (8-12 songs) this time? Composing and recording them shouldn't be done later than early 2013 if we start soon.

The other option would be releasing singles slowly - once every month or two, gets the fans hooked and not having to wait too much for new content. Should be pretty effective, though there's always something special about big album releases.

Yeah, I too was thinking of going for a full album. Looks like great minds think alike! 

IMO, if we start work on the songs for the album straightaway, it should not drag on till early 2013. I hope we can get it done by before the end of this year.

I personally have a lot of songs (20+ ideas) which I will upload on Noteflight very soon after my GCSEs are over in less than 20 days.   

If you can contribute some more yourself, we can have around the 8-12 song range and later maybe even move onto double albums. I'm flooding with ideas right now...

Great! I'll get to mixing straightaway once I get hpotter's guitar solo tracks. Glad you managed to record them quickly! 

@ veggieman001: I'll take care of the compression and I'm sure Techno will too when we mix, so there's nothing to worry about.
