RippleChat Read me
RippleChat is my new scratch chat room.
requirements

you will need Hamachi or zeroluck's mesh java player to use my server or client
plugin support

plugins are run on the server side. this means that most of the time you won't need to download a plugin to join a chatroom (this does depend on the plugins on the server that's running the chat room). plugins are installed on the server by importing the sprite/sprites to the server. To install a plugin pack just import the project into the server. For those looking to make their own plugins, the plugin sdk will be released in the near future. (this depends on how long it take me to update the how the functions work) until then I will be developing plugins on my own.

Interesting project! Do you plan on making a "main server" that anyone can easily connect to?

I wish I could but I can't because I don't have a computer to host it on. (I don't have a computer that i can keep on 24/7)
could please you host a server for me? (I assume that you can because you have your server running)

The server I use is different from what you think. It can't run Scratch projects. If you make a plugin for this then I might be able to host one. Since I plan on "moving" my current chat to the "plugin server", it should be much easier to host other servers on it as well since nearly everything is just a plugin.

I've now got a server up myself like RippleChat. It's more secure, because I've added:
/deadmin
/admin
/ban
commands. They are also only availible to administrators, which are stored on the "admin list" in the server project.
I have a wide range of commands by now.

I have a chat room up while rdococ's is down. it does have most of the same features as rdococ's chatroom.
the hamachi info is:
IP: 5.234.127.196
Network: RippleChat
Password: scratch

I have a new and improved server up with more commands more a stable API than before.
things I've added are...
Admin controls:

making/deleting admin only commands

"/admin" this will give someone admin rights
"/unadmin" this will take a way someones admin rights
"/ban" this will ban someone
"/unban" this will unban someone
"/addcom" this will add a command to the admins only commands list
"/delcom" this will take a command off the admins only commands list
Everyone Commands:
"/yell" this will let you exclaim something to the world
"/grunt" this will output "[user] grunts"
"/giggle" this will output "[user] giggles"
"/cry" this will output "[user] crys"
"/secret" this will output "Anonymous: [message]"
"/g2g" this will output "[user] has to go"
"/imback" this will output "[user] is back"
