Nice program really.
I ve been told it might be better to go with some other programing tool so I could learn the language, but personally I think this will help me get started much better since I dont have to worry about syntax. This is looking good. :-)
Well that's nice to hear, and I've also agree with you becuase it's helped me in so many ways since I've started. Also, remember, if you need help or have a question, just ask.
Anyhow, hello Kaitn13 and welcome to Scratch! I wish you a wonderful stay here!

Hi everyone!
This Scratch program seems really fun! I love making games in it!
But I haven't uploaded things yet. Maybe I will later.
Well, if you ever do, I'll make sure to stop by and drop off some feedback.
Aside from that, hello Asymptotic and welcome to Scratch! I hope that you'll have a fun time making your games!

Can anyone tell me how to download projects?
Welcome. Just go to the page of the project that you want to download and then in the top right area, click the link to download. Here is an example.
Hope this helps.

Well hello mixas1! It's great to hear that you're having such a great time already! I recall that when I first joined, things were a bit confusing, so the same might be true with you. So remember, if you have any questions of any sort, just ask.
Anyhow, to add on, welcome to Scratch! I hope that you'll find everything great!

Hi everyone,
My company has recently created a java app installer that builds in pure java (i.e. on any OS) but lets you easily create signed iconified native executables for Windows, Linux and Mac (JWrapper.com).
Licenses are free for non-commercial use and we wondered if people building Scratch projects might like to use it. I had a look at the page here:
http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Porting_Scratch_Projects#SB_to_JAR_.28Java_executable.29
but since my account is new I can't add anything to the page or make any suggestions in the forum.
It has a bunch of nice features, one of which is easy deployment to the web to replace Java applets which may also be of use to Scratch as a project since any project could be delivered as a native app.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, the forums are quite extensive and the obvious one (suggestions) wasn't allowed.
thanks
Antony
