Hi Scratchers! I need help with a scrolling game I want to make.

A while back I saw a Top Viewed project that told you how to scroll the new way which consisted of less scripts or sprites...something like that. Anyway, it showed you how to scroll from a bird's-eye view, so that it looked like you were looking down at your avatar in the game.

I don't remember the scripts though, and I can't find the project. Does anybody else remember the scripts? If so, please give a link to the project or tell me here...whichever is easier.
