No but I have online beta.
That's not the beta. The beta isn't out, yet. That's the experimental version...

Just an update on this topic.
You can find the 2.0 Beta at this location:
http://beta.scratch.mit.edu/
There is not a downloadable version at the moment - all the scripting takes place in your browser on the website. You can export your projects to your computer after you have made them - but they only run online.
