Make Android Apps?
Is there a really easy way to make android apps for my android? I want to make either a theme, or a game. If it would make it easier, I'm rooted. Also, I have an LG Optimus T. I want an easier way then using eclipse, and I want it to be free, and for windows. Lastly, if there is no other way, could someone teach me how to make apps with eclipse?
